Geography 110 - Introduction to Meteorology

This is the main page for the new Meteorology course (Geography 110) coming to Allan Hancock in Fall 2008. Although it is being offered as a General Ed Lab Science course, suitable for CSU transfer, and as prep for a major in Geography, Meteorology, Environmental Science, etc, it's also an extremely good course for other students, such as those in the Fire Academy and Ag Business programs, as well as anyone who has outdoor and travel interests, such as pilots, sailors, hikers, and more. Once the course is established, it will also be offered as a full online course, probably during summer, as well as a traditional course with online components and associated live data sources. Some links below are up now for those interested, while others will be updated/populated as the Fall 2008 semester approaches. Check for updates as often as you like...
